Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how free trials, charges, cancellations, and refunds work for BlurAway. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

1. Key points
- BlurAway is a digital product delivered through your account.
- We may offer a fourteen day free trial for eligible plans.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically.
- Once a charge is successfully processed after the free trial ends, that charge is nonrefundable except where required by law, or for verified duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or unauthorized transactions as described below.
2. Free trial and cancellation before you are charged
2.1 Trial period
If a free trial is offered, it lasts fourteen days starting on the date you begin the trial, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
2.2 No charge if you cancel in time
If you cancel the applicable plan before the end of the free trial, we will not charge you for that plan.
2.3 How to cancel
You must cancel through your account settings before the trial ends. If you have trouble cancelling, contact support promptly at hello@bluraway.co. Support may assist, but you remain responsible for cancelling before the trial ends.
3. Charges after the free trial
3.1 Charges are generally final
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the selected plan. Once that charge is successfully processed, it is generally nonrefundable except where required by law or as described in Section 5.
3.2 Access after charge
After a successful charge, your plan entitlements become active according to the plan you selected.
3.3 Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is a one time purchase that provides access to the Software while it is commercially offered and supported, and includes updates and upgrades we make generally available. Unless required by law or covered by Section 5, purchases of the Lifetime plan are nonrefundable once processed.
4. Yearly plan renewals
4.1 Automatic renewal
If you selected the Yearly plan, it renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.2 Renewal charges
Renewal charges are generally nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law or covered by Section 5.
5. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and unauthorized transactions
5.1 Duplicate charges or billing errors
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same plan, or charged in error, contact support at hello@bluraway.co within thirty days of the charge. If we verify a duplicate charge or clear billing error, we will provide an appropriate correction, which may include a refund.
5.2 Unauthorized transactions
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact support promptly. We may ask for additional information to investigate. If we verify an unauthorized transaction, we will provide an appropriate correction, which may include a refund.
5.3 Abuse prevention
We may deny refund requests if we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
6. EU and UK consumer notice for digital products
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days. For digital content or digital services, your right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins if you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout, we may ask you to confirm that you request immediate access to the digital product during the trial and after purchase, and that you acknowledge this may affect any applicable withdrawal right.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support at hello@bluraway.co so we can try to resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while we investigate. Providing false or misleading information in a payment dispute may result in termination.

If you need a short checkout acknowledgement to display near the purchase button, you may use text like the following:
- You are starting a fourteen day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the selected plan.
- You request immediate access to the digital product during the trial and after purchase, and you acknowledge this may affect any applicable withdrawal right as described in this Refund Policy.
